Floods and/or people moving the fish will almost invariably cause their introduction to other places. Once such a process is started (e.g., into ANY un-"enclosed" body of water), the consequences are unstoppable, severe, and unmitigable.

@philiptdotcom it would make sense. I would want the number and kind of species controlled in a lake so I wouldn't want to put males and females together. That's why they have a separate breeding facility.
