one - 1 1/2 inch x 10 feet PVC pipe $4.29
four -90 degree elbow $0.56 each
four -T-connector $1.29 each
one - 1/2 inch aluminum bar $3.98
two - washer $0.09
two - Cotter pin $0.56
two - 13 1/2 inch plastic wheel $4.00 (or 12 inch with bearing $9.95 each)
one - Strap ??

Its a half inch aluminum rod from Home Depot. I drilled two holes at the ends to put the hitch pin.

Great Idea, but if you get caught with the milk crates (which you sooner or later will) It is actually a fine of about $2000 (which is a lot more than a commercial kayak trolley would have cost you)... Well thats the Australian laws anyway.. Check your crate, make sure it doesnt have a "This crate remains the property of ..." warning on it first.

love it !!!....Ive been looking at making a trolley and a chuck box . But if storage is a problem on board for others maybe they could use a folding ( flip up) plastic storage crates available online. This has gotta be the best trolley to date ...weldone! ( Dont ya just love eccentrics)

Oh! and if any company wants to prosecute for stealing their milkcrate, just say you found it in bushland and they'll face littering, OH&S and environmental charges for not taking control of their property! Not that it would ever get to court.. there are millions of them out there....$2000 fine my arse!!!
